The design team were tasked to provide creative direction on
furniture placement of the various bland and empty rooms in this residence.
This space is designed for a family with two young kids who love to entertain
and gather their friends and families for large brunch and dinner parties. The
homeowners had sold their condo unit and relocated to this ±2800 sqft apartment
and didn’t know how to make good use of the space. The design team was involved in space planning for the great room in selecting furniture and fixtures, along with the design of custom millwork and project managing the install, delivery of the selections.
