This mid-town townhouse with double height ceiling in the main floor was brought to the design team once client closed the deal for the property and were really frustrated on how to furnish their home based on their lifestyle. RZ Interiors began space planning based on client’s requirements such as a dining area to accommodate 6-8 persons, living room with ample seating space, bar counter and display upon entry and a living environment where they could host their friends and family. The design team was involved in space planning for the main and second floor, selecting furniture and fixtures, along with the design of custom millwork and project managing the install, delivery of the selections along with the accessories.
